Sheridan | RECEPTION


Sheridan is the front desk receptionist at Victory Range Hoods. She will be happy to assist with finding out the status of your order, and she is also well-versed in all VICTORY products. Sheridan has been with the company since 2020 and has quickly become an expect in this field. Her efforts have increased order detail accuracy, and have led to increased efficiency with shipping orders. In her spare time, she is also an expert at Pokémon GO!

Rady | SALES MANAGER


Rady helps with overseeing the sales team and connecting with new and existing clients. People are his passion. In addition to managing sales, Rady assists with the production of VICTORY's instructional videos. When he is not busy tending to sales and order-related inquiries, he has his hands tied with some of the local film productions as an actor. Maybe that's why you think he looks familiar!

Vlad | PRESIDENT


Vlad founded the company in 2007 when he couldn't find a good quality range hood at a fair price. He never looked back. Vlad is passionate about creating products that last. His #1 priority at VICTORY is to ensure that all products shipping out the doors are top-quality. On days off, Vlad enjoys kitesurfing, time with family and perhaps a quick cruise around the city on his hot-red motorcycle.

Patrick | GRAPHIC DESIGN


Patrick is responsible for the fantastic users manuals, product dimensions, and all branding that you see on our website. His attention to detail and team-leadership skills help VICTORY achieve a stunning visual look and feel. Patrick's enthusiasm for the work and relationships he nourishes is infectious. He's actively involved in community sports and he loves sharing culinary delights with the staff at VICTORY (we love it too!)

Daniel | SENIOR SALES


Daniel has been with VICTORY since 2017 and is the senior sales representative. He knows the ins and outs of all products and is a great resource for recommendations. Daniel is passionate about animals, has adopted several rescue cats, and you can often find him volunteering at local animal shelters.

Ferdie | LEAD TECHNICIAN


Ferdie is the backbone of manufacturing at VICTORY. He knows every wire, bolt and nut that goes into each product. He is also the safety expert when it comes to electrical wiring. Ferdie is known to use his wits to defeat almost any chess opponent. Care for a challenge?

Gerry | QUALITY CONTROL


Gerry is the first and last person to check each item before it ships. Nothing leaves the building without his seal of approval. His meticulous attention to details is the reason VICTORY is able to keep the quality of its products to such a high standard.

David | HOOD ASSEMBLY


David is a long-time member of the VICTORY team. Do you need a range hood assembled ASAP? David is your man. In addition to superb assembly, David is also an all-star table tennis player!

Stefan | ASSEMBLY


Stefan is a long-time member of the VICTORY team. He is very detail-oriented. Stefan specializes in the assembly of large range hoods.

Marc | PRE-ASSEMBLY


Marc is tasked with the pre-assembly of all parts needed for VICTORY's hoods and accessories.

Emarat | JR. ASSEMBLY


Emarat is a part-time student and part-time VICTORY employee. He has quickly gained a comprehensive understanding of all assembly and quality-control procedures.

Mo | PACKING & SHIPPING


Mo is a part-time student and part-time VICTORY employee. He immigrated to Canada 3 years ago and has quickly become a valued member of the team.
